At Mumared we are crazy abouts scents and how they can positively impact your life.

We have been making our own wax melts and candles for a couple of years. Now here we are! and we wish to share our hand-made creations with everyone.

All wax melts and candles are handmade in small batches from our home to yours.
Made in Tunbridge Wells, with 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free soy wax and premium fragrances.

WAX MELT CARE GUIDE

* Use a wax melt warmer designed for wax melts and do not add water
* Replace wax melt when the scent has faded
* Never leave wax warmer burning unattended
* Ensure wax warmer is on a flat & stable surface away from other flammables
* Keep warmer away from children and pets
* Do not burn for more than 4 hours

If used safely wax melts are a fantastic way to fragrance your home, with strong scents that you can easily change either once faded or if you can't wait to try the next scent!

CANDLE CARE GUIDE

* Keep lit candles in view & never leave unattended
* Keep candles away from children & pets
*Do not burn continuously for more than 4 hours
*Keep lit candle away from drafts & other flammable materials
*To avoid tunnelling ensure the melted wax reaches the edges
* Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting
*Only burn on level heat resistant surfaces
* Extinguish the flame if flickering repeatedly. Trim then relight
* Lit candles are VERY HOT so never touch the candle when in use

Orders and Payments
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched in accordance with the shipping/postage option you selected.
We accept all major credit cards.

Delivery
Mumared use various different types of postal service providers, we will utilise the services of the most cost effective service provider, negotiated by us.
Your chosen delivery method will be on your email that you receive from us.
The tracking available to use, as a company, via the courier, is only live for 3 months. If you have not contacted us within the 3-month time frame, we may not be able to assist you any further with your enquiry.

Damaged Goods
At Mumared, we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with please contact us within 48 hours via our email address: Mumared.scents@gmail.com. Please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details to us, as well as any supporting evidence. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact.
Should your item(s) be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier

Returns and Refunds
Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping experience as fun and enjoyable as possible, because of this our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days from when you receive the order. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you. Please note, if you do wish to return an order within the 14 day period stated above, you must arrange your own courier/delivery service.
